For a combined ten years, we worked punishing 60-to-100-hour weeks in the medical field—Dwayne as a paramedic, and Tricia in patient care. The endless shifts left us completely burnt out with zero time for our family or each other. We knew something had to change.

The spark for Scrubb came from a salon chair when Tricia's stylist suggested she try cleaning houses on the side.
